Diana Hedrick of QUILT CRAFTS stopped by to discuss the amazing products she offers to quilters directly from her website.

Stephanie Prescott discussed the tools necessary for quilting. Her Pasadena shop carries the tools and accessories that all quilters use to create beautiful quilts. She also discussed the ongoing classes available to beginners and experienced quilters at her shop.

Cindy Hansen, owner of Sues Sparklers, is Glamour and Glitz personified. Dressed in a gorgeous denim outfit adorned from jacket to jeans with sparkling jewels, Cindy discussed the store located in Escondido, California, and the sparklers available on her website. She explained the process of applying the jewels to clothing, bags, hats and other accessories as well.

Carole Glowacki of ALL DYED UP discussed the process of hand-dying fabrics and the rich colors that come from the process. Carole explained how they use only 100% cotton fabric and Procion Dyes which allow the beautiful color variations.

Margie Thornberg from the San Diego Chapter talked about the mission of the guild which is keeping hand needlework alive, and discussed how hand crafts are an art form. Joe from bedazzlediamond.com, the home of Russian-made "Diamond Illusions" talked about an inexpensive alternative to using mined diamonds for crafting.
